National HIV Quarterly Report

This report provides a quarterly summary of the numbers of newly diagnosed HIV cases notified to state and territory health departments and recorded in the National HIV Registry.

Notification numbers are broken down by:

• Jurisdiction
• Gender
• Age group
• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status
• Exposure category
• Place of birth
• Place of birth among men with an exposure classification recorded as male-to-male sex
