Coordinator NSW HIV Prevention Partnership Project
Phillip Keen works at the Kirby Institute as the Coordinator of the NSW HIV Prevention Partnership Project (NHPPP). The NHPPP is a five year project to monitor and evaluate the implementation and impact of the New South Wales HIV Strategy. Phillip is also a PhD candidate at the Kirby Institute investigating late HIV diagnoses and barriers to testing among gay and bisexual men.

HIV testing, point-of-care testing, assessing HIV testing performance, late HIV diagnosis, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis, HIV treatment uptake, monitoring and evaluation, research translation, and implementation science.
