I joined UNSW's Kirby Institute Therapeutic and Vaccine Research Program (TVRP) in June of 2021 as a Clinical Project Coordinator to assist the INSIGHT network to coordinate COVID-19 trials in low-middle income countries. I was previously employed at Macquarie University’s bustling Clinical Trials Unit in a hybrid Clinical Trials Assistant/Team Lead/Study Coordinator role helping to run 100+ trials, predominantly oncology studies. Prior to that I worked in the Microbiology department of a small pathology in Adelaide. Born in South Australia, I obtained a Bachelor of Medical Science from Flinders University - where I completed placement program in a Zika Virus research laboratory. I developed a special interest in the science of virology, microbiology and genetics. I moved to NSW Sydney in 2017 to further my career aspirations and hope to help shape and promote the advancement of modern medicine, for the betterment of the world.
