Rick is a Sexual Health & HIV Physician who has been specialising in the management of sexually transmitted infections and HIV for over 15 years. He completed his specialist training in genitourinary medicine in The Royal London & St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London. He is a Senior Staff Specialist in Sexual Health; Clinical Services Manager at the Sydney Sexual Health Centre, the largest publicly funded sexual health clinic in NSW; and Conjoint Lecturer at the Kirby Institute. Recent clinical High Resolution Anoscopist on the Study for the Prevention of Anal Cancer (SPANC study). Research focus includes HIV molecular diversity, sexual health and HIV service delivery research, access to priority populations including viral hepatitis, sexual health related information delivery, HIV therapeutics and early initiation of antiretroviral therapy, and anal cancer screening.
