Abstract

Over the past two decades the number of people injecting opioids has increased globally, accompanied by a rise in associated harms. This presentation draws on data collected in Australia, and internationally, to investigate the epidemiology of health-related harms associated with illicit opioid injection and inform interventions designed to mitigate them.
