Abstract

During the 2000s decade, Vietnam intensified HIV intervention efforts to reduce risks for HIV infection among female sex workers (FSW), but external funding supporting HIV programs declined in the 2010s. This research evaluates the impact of HIV prevention interventions among FSW in Vietnam during the period of scale-up and funding decline.
