The Kirby Institute Postgraduate Student Prize is an annual award given to the most significant first author paper by a Kirby Institute student, published in the previous calendar year in a peer-reviewed journal in the area of infectious diseases.

Dr Marshall will be presenting her paper "Restrictions for reimbursement of interferon-free direct acting antiviral drugs for hepatitis C infection in Europe".

Abstract

However, the high list price of DAAs has led many governments to restrict their reimbursement. This seminar will present on restrictions to DAA access in Europe with specific implications for people who inject drugs.
