Dr Nicholas Medland appointed President of ASHM

The Kirby Institute congratulates Dr Nicholas Medland, who has been named the next President of the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine (ASHM).

As clinical epidemiologist with the Kirby Institute’s Surveillance, Evaluation and Research Program, and a sexual health physician who has worked extensively in Vietnam, Dr Medland brings to ASHM years of experience, and a real passion for expanding ASHM’s international role, particularly in the Asia-Pacific Region.
