Basser Steps, near the UNSW quadrangle. (After the speeches at the Basser Steps we will proceed to the flagpole outside the Chancellery to raise the rainbow flag).

You are invited to attend UNSW’s rainbow flag-raising ceremony; a celebration of LGBTQI pride and Mardi Gras 2016. This year's flag raising will also involve the official opening of the new-look rainbow-coloured Basser steps - a continuing symbol for the promotion of diversity on campus. 

The event will take place from 10:15am - 10.45am on Thursday 25 February 2016 and will be attended by UNSW's President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Ian Jacobs.

Time: 10.15am - 10:45am (please arrive at 10.00am for entertainment and Golden Gaytimes)
