Dr Junhong Han - "The medicalisation of Internet Addiction Disorder in China: A case study in Beijing."

Biography:
Junhong Han is an Assistant Professor of the Institute of Global Ethnology and Anthropology, Minzu University of China. Dr. Han acquired his PhD from Tsinghua University (2010) majored in sociology. He served as a postdoctoral research fellow in NGO Research Center, School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. His primary research interest revolves around medical anthropology with a particular interest in the medicalisation of Indigenous populations and the accompanying sociological impacts.
